Presentation
Scientific presentations will be held either orally or by poster and will be given in English or German. All plenary talks will be given in English.
All lecture halls and seminar rooms are equipped with electronic presentation technique. You can connect your own laptop (please check connection before the start of your session) or you might bring your presentation (pdf or PowerPoint 2007) on an USB memory stick and transfer it to the computer in the lecture hall before the start of the session. In all lecture halls there will be service staff to help you with your presentation.
Speakers are requested to be in the lecture hall at least 25 minutes prior to the start of the session, to report to the chairperson of the session as well as to the technical staff to ensure that the laptops handshake with the projectors (“beamers”) and to receive a brief introduction to the equipment in the lecture hall.
